二、招聘崗位
（一）海外企(qi)業財務(wu)總監/財務(wu)經理，若干名
崗位職責：
1.參與制定短期及中(zhong)長期的公司財務決策和戰略。
2.負責(ze)公司(si)財務制(zhi)度的管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)(li)和制(zhi)定，包括會(hui)計(ji)核(he)算管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)(li)、稅務管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)(li)、資(zi)金管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)(li)和預算管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)(li)。
3.根據公司戰略發展規劃制定(ding)預(yu)算(suan)，并跟蹤其執行情況。
4.參(can)與公(gong)司(si)重大經營、投融資決策，優化資本結構和資本配置(zhi)。
5.負責完成上級(ji)單(dan)位(wei)及領導交辦的其他工作。
任職(zhi)資格：
1.財會(hui)、金融(rong)等相關專業(ye)全日(ri)制(zhi)研(yan)究生學歷，特(te)別優秀者，可適(shi)當放寬。有(you)注冊會(hui)計師、ACCA資(zi)格者優先(xian)。
2.具有大型(xing)企(qi)業(ye)或海外企(qi)業(ye)三年以上同等管理崗位工作(zuo)經驗者優(you)先，能流(liu)利使用(yong)英語作(zuo)為工作(zuo)語言。
3.熟(shu)悉國(guo)內外準則差異(yi)、國(guo)內外金融政策、企業(ye)財務(wu)制(zhi)度及流程，精通相關財稅(shui)法律(lv)法規。

（二）海外企業(ye)業(ye)務經理，若干名
崗位職責：
1.從(cong)事海外天然橡(xiang)膠貿易或生產(chan)管理等工作。
2.負責海(hai)外公司客戶管(guan)理(li)(li)、期現貨(huo)交易，或(huo)生產現場管(guan)理(li)(li)、產品品質控制等具體管(guan)理(li)(li)工作。
3.按照(zhao)所在部門相關業(ye)(ye)務(wu)(wu)流程開展(zhan)業(ye)(ye)務(wu)(wu)，并對業(ye)(ye)務(wu)(wu)流程逐步優化、提升。
4.做好與國內總部(bu)相關(guan)部(bu)門(men)的業務對接(jie)與溝(gou)通。
5.完成企業領導交辦的其他(ta)工作。
任職資格：
1.經(jing)濟學(xue)、管(guan)理學(xue)、農(nong)學(xue)、工科等相(xiang)關專業(ye)全日制研究(jiu)生學(xue)歷，特別優秀者，可(ke)適當放(fang)寬(kuan)。具有(you)中級職稱(cheng)或相(xiang)關職業(ye)資格者優先。
2.具有兩年以上海(hai)外企業(ye)工作(zuo)經(jing)歷，能流(liu)利使用英語(yu)作(zuo)為日常(chang)工作(zuo)語(yu)言(yan)。
3.在大宗商品期現(xian)貨交易、生產制造與質(zhi)(zhi)量管理等某個模塊具有較(jiao)強(qiang)的專業素質(zhi)(zhi)和一(yi)定的實操(cao)能力。

（三）戰略投(tou)資經(jing)理，若干名(ming)
崗位職責：
1.負(fu)責組織(zhi)收集、研(yan)究海外橡膠產(chan)業發展(zhan)態勢和政(zheng)策，提供決(jue)策信息。
2.負責海外(wai)公(gong)司(si)戰(zhan)略管理，組織編制海外(wai)公(gong)司(si)發展(zhan)戰(zhan)略及年度(du)經營目(mu)標和計劃并監督實施。
3.負責做好海外(wai)公(gong)司經營分析，監督和(he)協調解決海外(wai)公(gong)司經營過程中出(chu)現的(de)重大經營問題。
4.做好國內總部(bu)相關部(bu)門(men)與國外子公司部(bu)門(men)的(de)業(ye)務對(dui)接(jie)與溝(gou)通。
5.完成(cheng)企業領(ling)導交辦的其他工作。

崗位職責：
1.負責組(zu)織開展海外企(qi)業橡膠種植、管養(yang)割等工作。
2.負責海外企業橡膠生(sheng)產標準的制定(ding)，組織定(ding)期(qi)不定(ding)期(qi)生(sheng)產檢查，確(que)保(bao)完(wan)成(cheng)橡膠生(sheng)產任務。
3.負責監督和協(xie)調解(jie)決(jue)海外公司橡膠種植(zhi)、生產環節中出現(xian)的(de)重大問題(ti)和風險(xian)。
4.做(zuo)好國(guo)內總(zong)部相(xiang)關部門(men)(men)與(yu)國(guo)外子公司(si)部門(men)(men)的業務(wu)對接與(yu)溝通。
5.完成企業領(ling)導交辦的其他工(gong)作。
任職資格：
1.農學等相(xiang)關專業全日制(zhi)研究生學歷(li)，具有相(xiang)關資質證書者優(you)(you)先(xian)，具有中級職(zhi)稱或(huo)相(xiang)關職(zhi)業資格(ge)者優(you)(you)先(xian),特(te)別優(you)(you)秀者，可適(shi)當(dang)放(fang)寬。

1、 Basic conditions

2、 Recruitment positions
（1） Several CFOs/financial managers of overseas enterprises
Job responsibilities:
1. Participate in formulating short-term and medium to long-term financial decisions and strategies for the company.
2. Responsible for the management and formulation of the company's financial system, including accounting management, tax management, fund management, and budget management.
3. Develop a budget based on the company's strategic development plan and track its implementation.
4. Participate in major business and investment and financing decisions of the company, optimize capital structure and allocation.
5. Responsible for completing other tasks assigned by superior units and leaders.
Qualification:
1. A full-time graduate degree in finance, accounting, and other related majors, especially for outstanding individuals, may be appropriately relaxed. Certified Public Accountant or ACCA qualifications are preferred.
2. Those who have more than three years of experience in the same management position in large enterprises or overseas enterprises are preferred, and can use English fluently as the Working language.
3. Familiar with differences in domestic and foreign standards, domestic and foreign financial policies, corporate financial systems and processes, and proficient in relevant financial and tax laws and regulations.
4. Strong ability in financial analysis, risk control, and fund management.

Job responsibilities:
1. Engaged in overseas natural rubber trade or production management work.
2. Responsible for specific management work such as customer management, spot trading, production site management, and product quality control for overseas companies.
3. Conduct business according to the relevant business processes of the department, and gradually optimize and improve the business processes.
4. Conduct business coordination and communication with relevant departments at the domestic headquarters.
5. Complete other tasks assigned by enterprise leaders.
Qualification:
